Overview:
The Operations Analyst supports trading activities by onboarding and configuring synthetic equity products across global businesses. This role partners closely with Sales, Trading, Technology, and Client Service teams to ensure accurate execution, risk control, and seamless client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and maintain synthetic equity structures for new and existing clients with a high degree of accuracy

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth client go-lives

Develop subject matter expertise in onboarding and configuration processes

Identify operational risks and propose control enhancements and process improvements

Manage multiple workflows while meeting strict deadlines
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong attention to detail and risk awareness

Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
