Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist

PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
DUTIES
- Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
- Test info before it’s sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
- Checking notarization on documents.
- May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
TOP SKILLS
- Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
- Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
- Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
- Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding credit cards
EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience
- Paralegal certification (NICE TO HAVE)
