IT Solutions Analyst (Software Asset Management)
We’re looking for an IT Solutions Analyst to join a growing team focused on Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), contract optimization, and license compliance. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, contracts, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings.
What You’ll Do
- Manage software licenses and entitlements using ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Review and maintain software contracts and renewal activities
- Analyze license usage to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
- Support forecasting and planning for software needs
- Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI preferred)
- Partner with sourcing, legal, IT, and portfolio teams
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in IT, SAM, or contract management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with license agreements and contract management
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Power BI (dashboard creation)
Flexera or other SAM tools (e.g., USU)
Jira experience
SAM certifications
