Overview

Seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst with a strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) background to support enterprise IAM adoption, onboarding, migrations, and user experience initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

This is a highly visible, business-facing cybersecurity role focused on partnering with business units to improve adoption of IAM services, resolve complex access challenges, support IAM transformation efforts, and influence continuous improvements across enterprise identity platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong IAM technical knowledge with exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

IAM Adoption & Business Engagement

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services and capabilities

  • Translate complex IAM concepts into practical business solutions and user-friendly guidance

  • Assess business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements across cloud and hybrid environments

  • Support IAM onboarding, migration, and transformation initiatives

User Experience & Transition Support

  • Coordinate and support application onboarding and user transition activities

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for IAM implementations and enhancements

  • Ensure smooth production deployments with minimal operational disruption

  • Identify and reduce access-related friction points impacting users and business operations

IAM Operations & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM-related issues

  • Lead triage and coordination efforts across IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams

  • Diagnose and resolve access management issues in high-impact enterprise environments

  • Support access governance, authentication, MFA, and privileged access processes

Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather business feedback, user pain points, and operational insights

  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for IAM product and engineering teams

  • Influence IAM product enhancements, roadmap prioritization, and process improvements

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise IAM strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive IAM or information security experience

  • Strong expertise in enterprise IAM environments across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem platforms

  • Experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation programs

  • Experience with:

    • Azure / Entra ID

    • GCP

    • Active Directory

    • MFA

    • SSO

    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)

    • Identity Governance

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Least privilege

    • Zero Trust principles

    • Access governance

    • Authentication and authorization controls

  • Experience leading or supporting:

    • UAT efforts

    • Access issue triage

    • Stakeholder engagement

    • Enterprise technology adoption initiatives

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Large enterprise or financial services industry experience

  • Experience influencing IAM product roadmaps or process improvements

  • Experience collaborating with IAM product owners and engineering teams

  • Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity operations and governance frameworks
