Job Title: Identity & Access Management Analyst
Location: Lutz, FL 33549
Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay: $70/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Short Description
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst will support the implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure secure access management, compliance, and timely resolution of user access requests and incidents.
Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Access Management and Identity Management

Experience supporting a PAM tool implementation

Experience working with an IGA tool (Identity Governance & Administration)

Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management

Experience with IT Service Management (ServiceNow)

Familiarity with Active Directory
Preferred Skills

Experience with CyberArk or other leading PAM solutions

Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or other IGA tools

Knowledge of Regulatory & Compliance standards (SOX, NERC, PCI, etc.)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support the implementation of new PAM and IGA tools

Partner with internal and external teams to configure and manage required systems

Resolve 30–50 ServiceNow tickets daily related to user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access removal

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Troubleshoot and resolve access-related incidents
