Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity & AI Program Integration Lead to serve as the central coordination point across cybersecurity, AI/ML engineering, software development, and enterprise governance teams. This role is critical to ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives involving cybersecurity controls, AI/GenAI development, and enterprise technology platforms.
The ideal candidate excels at navigating ambiguity, facilitating executive-level discussions, and translating complex technical and security topics into clear, business-aligned insights that enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the central point of coordination across:

Cybersecurity SMEs and Lead Cyber Research Consultants

GenAI and Machine Learning engineering teams
-
Full-stack engineering teams
-
Enterprise Architecture
-
Risk, Compliance, Policy, and Governance teams
-
Platform, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
-

Ensure all participating teams have clear context, requirements, priorities, and decision clarity to operate efficiently.

Facilitate cross-functional discussions with senior technology leaders, cybersecurity executives, and AI governance stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including:

Steering committee materials
-
Progress dashboards and milestones
-
Risk, issue, and dependency summaries
-
Decision and recommendation briefs
-

Translate complex technical, cybersecurity, and AI concepts into concise, business-focused messaging for leadership audiences.

Ensure program activities align with and comply with:

Internal cybersecurity requirements

Model governance standards
-
AI risk management and control frameworks
-

Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolution through structured collaboration.

Support continuous improvement of governance, communication, and execution processes across the program.
Required Qualifications

Strong experience working across cybersecurity, software engineering, AI/ML, and enterprise technology teams.

Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience engaging with executive leadership and facilitating senior-level discussions.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, risk management, and governance concepts.

Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, actionable business insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting GenAI or advanced analytics programs in regulated or enterprise environments.

Familiarity with AI model governance, AI risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Background in program management, technology strategy, or cybersecurity advisory roles.
