Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Customer/1 Programmer Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in St. Louis, MO / REMOTE!
Title: Customer/1 Programmer Analyst
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 18+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Role Summary
Customer/1 CIS Domain Knowledgeable expertise to design, code, test and implement modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System to support multiple project implementations and maintenance of the Customer/1 application:
- Update/Create Technical & Detail Functional Designs and Architecture Specifications for new programs and/or changes to existing programs.
- Provide Customer/1 CIS Domain Knowledgeable resource to design and/or code modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System.
- Identify any impacts to related C/1 interfaces.
- Perform Unit, System and/or Integration testing on the developed code and document and fix defects.
- Perform knowledge transfer sessions when appropriate.
Requirements:
CSS Customer Support resource with more than 5 years of experience in at least 10 of the following CUSTOMER/1 application disciplines:
- Billing
- Bill Print
- Bill Presentment
- Billing WFMS
- Budget Billing
- Cancel/Rebill
- Deregulation
- EDI (810’s,867’s and 820’s)
- Prebill
- Estimations
- Gas Transport Billing
- Net Metering
- Interval Billing
- Lighting
- Bill Determinants
- Tariff Modeling
- Summary Billing
