Commercial Loan Closing Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ – Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Pay: $31/hr W2 Only
PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ.
DUTIES
– Booking and funding commercial loans in LoanIQ
– Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activites
– Reduce learning curve of LoanIQ adoption among the staff as production continues
TOP SKILLS
– Proficiency in LoanIQ
– Commercial loans booking/ funding- operations experience
– Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
– Knowledge of AFS is a plus desired, not required
