Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall professional experience with at least 2–3 years in Financial Services, investing, sustainability, climate strategy, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights and documentation.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of climate-related frameworks including:
- Climate scenario analysis
- GHG accounting
- Decarbonization strategies
- Climate resilience and transition planning
- Sustainability reporting and target-setting frameworks
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
