This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting operational processes, and partnering with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of client accounts, transactions, and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate support regarding accounts, portfolios, and transactions
  • Facilitate trade execution and assist with operational processing activities
  • Review and approve client requests to ensure proper authorization and compliance with policies and procedures
  • De-escalate client concerns professionally and deliver effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to enhance the client experience
  • Work across multiple systems and platforms to process and manage operational tasks
  • Identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Support ongoing projects, reporting, and team initiatives as needed
  • Maintain adherence to quality, compliance, information security, and operational standards
