Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Associate to support a wide range of operational initiatives within operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and counterparties to ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution across assigned client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of assigned client accounts from an operations standpoint, ensuring seamless coordination of data validation and issue resolution across business and operations teams.

Act as the central point of contact for our client, interfacing with clients and external parties such as custodians and prime brokers to establish workflows and handle service inquiries.

Maintain high standards of data integrity through proactive review and monthly sign-off of accounting data to support investment management operations.

Monitor operational health indicators to preempt and mitigate potential client-facing issues.

Review key account-level metrics such as cash/position reconciliation breaks, corporate actions, NAV reconciliations, and trade failures; escalate and remediate exceptions in line with standard operating procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of both standard and customized client reporting deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive issue resolution in high-pressure environments.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

Self-starter with high motivation, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
