Client Analyst – Banking Operations (Deerfield, IL)
Location: Deerfield, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Service and Banking Operations Team. This role supports advisor and client-facing teams by managing onboarding processes, maintaining client records, coordinating operational workflows, and assisting with investment and account servicing activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and operational experience in a professional banking or corporate environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Support

Assist with the onboarding of new clients by managing documentation, account setup, and integration activities

Maintain accurate client records, data updates, and internal system entries

Support contracting and client service procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meeting & Workflow Coordination

Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics between internal teams and clients

Ensure timely communication and follow-up on operational requests
Account Processing & Banking Operations

Prepare, submit, and track new account applications through completion and funding

Monitor progress of account-related transactions and operational workflows

Provide administrative support for account servicing and client requests
Tax and Documentation Support

Organize tax-related client data and supporting documentation

Track required consents and assist with return finalization and payment coordination

Support e-filing and seasonal operational processes as needed
Internal Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with internal operations, compliance, and service teams to complete client and banking-related tasks

Assist with requests involving specialized investment products and private asset servicing
Quality Control & Reporting

Help track and report key Quality Control metrics

Ensure operational processes meet high standards of accuracy and service delivery
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

2–5 years of experience in a professional corporate, banking, or operations environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Experience in financial services or banking operations preferred
