Overview
Seeking a Change Management Lead to champion organizational change for a large-scale Data Modernization initiative. This role focuses on driving adoption, engaging stakeholders, and embedding change into business culture while supporting complex, regulated technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management for data platform modernization and cloud data migrations

  • Identify and assess change impacts; engage stakeholders to drive adoption

  • Embed change into processes, behaviors, and organizational culture

  • Provide program and portfolio leadership, managing dependencies and removing impediments

  • Prepare executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations

  • Engage with three lines of defense and support audit readiness and responses

  • Track progress using Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint

Required Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in Change Management or Enterprise Transformation

  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting large, complex data or technology modernization programs

  • Familiarity with data platforms, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
