Overview
Seeking a Change Management Lead to champion organizational change for a large-scale Data Modernization initiative. This role focuses on driving adoption, engaging stakeholders, and embedding change into business culture while supporting complex, regulated technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead change management for data platform modernization and cloud data migrations

Identify and assess change impacts; engage stakeholders to drive adoption

Embed change into processes, behaviors, and organizational culture

Provide program and portfolio leadership, managing dependencies and removing impediments

Prepare executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations

Engage with three lines of defense and support audit readiness and responses

Track progress using Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Required Qualifications

Senior-level experience in Change Management or Enterprise Transformation

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting large, complex data or technology modernization programs

Familiarity with data platforms, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives

Hands-on experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
