ServiceNow Analyst (Business Analyst)
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: 6 month contract
Overview:
IT customer needs help with hiring two Business Analysts to focus on business customers’ understanding of business requirement documents. The BA’s will:
- Get tickets out of ServiceNow (customer will train on ServiceNow if needed)
- Meet with customers to make sure they understand requirements
- Write business requirement documents
- Data Discovery – Listen to business customers to discover data needs and capture those needs in the document
- ServiceNow is preferred
- Turn in BRDs to managers after review and input into ServiceNow
- Light product management and Business Relationship Management experience
- 100% Excellent communication is required; verbal and written
- One interview
