- 3+ years of writing and editing external communications experience
- BS/BA or higher in English, journalism, professional writing, creative writing, education, communications, or marketing
- Experience writing guidelines, enterprise writing standards, and email policy (MS Word, Outlook, or OpenText)
- Experience communicating and presenting complex information
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment
