Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.

Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Contract: 12 Months+ possibility for extension/conversion
Location: Miramar, FL

Job/Role Description:

  • Responsible for installing, configuring, modifying and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
  • Identify technical issue and resolve the problem via phone, email or any other electronic medium
  • Train clients to help them learn to use computer hardware or software applications
  • Analyze problems with the help of automated diagnostic programs
  • Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties
  • Configuring computers to internet connection through modem or router as required by the client
  • Image and deploy operating system images to a variety of workstations
  • Train clients in system operation and software applications related to Internet
  • Identify, resolve, and advise on operational issues in company computing systems
  • User account management across multiple backend business systems and user platforms
  • Providing technical support for escalation issues of first level
  • Writing reports, documenting procedures, and drafting business correspondences
  • Need to be able to come ONSITE to the Miramar, FL location on a regular basis, though will offer some flex to work from home on occasion
  • Core hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and there is an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends so potential for overtime


  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Great customer service, fostered effective
  • Interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are essential
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft business systems administration (Office365, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and computing platforms
  • Proficient in Internet communications protocols and applications (FTP, DNS, Web browsers, e-mail)
  • Critical thinking and methodical troubleshooting skills are a must for resolving both technical and non-technical issues
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical manuals and procedures efficiently
  • Fundamental knowledge of word processing, database, and internet communications software operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate from a technical school or college
  • Training certificate or relevant experience
  • Experience with documenting procedures 3+ years experience in IT support role
