Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $65-72/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required
Duration: 12+ months.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on business analysis and requirement management experience throughout the entire product life cycle including analyze, develop and document requirements, business rules, business process flows and use cases using standardized templates.
- 3+ years of Agile experience.
- 2+ years of experience in API modeling languages and annotation (YAML, Swagger).
- Strong Technical background and experience designing REST API’s.
- Experience and understanding of common WWW text formats & markup languages such as JSON, XML, HTML.
- Experience using tools like Postman, SoapUI.
- Competence with modern requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis and provide subject matter expertise for technology initiatives by partnering with business and technology teams.
- Analyze, interpret, and document requirements, business rules, business process flows and use cases using standardized templates for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions.
- Strong Technical / Business Analyst with excellent technical acumen and a business mind for solving for the customer’s business needs.
