Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site)
Duration: 12 Months (W-2 contract)
Responsibilities:
Looking for a Systems Engineer to support a lab environment for leading bank. The ideal candidate is someone with all around infrastructure experience including good knowledge of compute, storage, and networking. Candidate will be responsible for owning the environment from all aspects including OS and some server/application-level management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in some mix of the following required:
- Software Defined Networking (especially VMWare NSX-T)
- Compute Virtualization (VMWare vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Container/Orchestration: Kubernetes, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher
- Cross Platform Desktop & Server Operating System Knowledge (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Configuration Management (Ansible, BASH, Python, PowerShell, SCCM/ECM, JAMF)
- IaC Technologies (Terraform, Packer, Vault)
- Windows Domain Services / Administration
- Deployment and Advanced Configuration Experience with: Active Directory, GPO, Certificate Management
- Software Packaging / Vulnerability Management (Management and Utilization of SCCM/ECM, WSUS, Red Hat Satellite)
- Configuration Management (OneView, OpenManage, iLO, iDRAC)
- Network Switching & Firewalls
