Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: Systems Analyst (NASCO)
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in NASCO 3270 mainframe including preparing/executing test claims for all lines of business
- Experience in CSR creation, updates & development
- Strong medical and facility claims background
Required Skills/Experience
- Self-starter with the ability to read/interpret Benefit File code, GENO tables, Procedure & Diagnosis Files
- Self-disciplined with the flexibility to effectively manage multiple roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge of business operations, systems requirements and IT processes.
- Ability to understand/interpret business documents and develop requirements for new/existing products
- Knowledge of Medical, Benefit and Payment Policy
- Microsoft office skills
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with queries
- Experience with macros
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Detailed understanding and experience of NASCO Classic group benefits and claims processing
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal/external customers at all levels
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
