Title: Relocation Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Contract (6 Months)
Targeted Start Date: 03/14/2022
This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position.
Job Description / Duties:
- Counsel individuals and managers regarding international relocation packages for local hire/cross border and expatriate relocations.
- Prepare relocation cost and accrual estimates along with approving invoices and payments to individuals for expenses.
- Facilitates appropriate reporting to US and/or in-country international payroll teams.
- Oversees relocation management suppliers’ coordination of all aspects of destination services, corporate housing, and permanent housing.
- Present recommendations for resolving complex problems where review of data requires a review of identifiable factors.
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in policy, procedures, and compliance requirements.
