JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
- The Senior Systems Configuration Engineer is primarily responsible for the implementation of solutions which result in efficient, accurate, and quality configuration of the company’s core and integrated systems.
- Work cross-functionally across divisions facilitating the decision-making process by identifying, selecting, and modeling solutions to meet needs, goals, and metrics.
- This role is responsible for the higher-level complexity of the design, build, documentation, and testing in addition to ensuring the timely configuration and implementation of selected solutions for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, ISDS, Business Management or related field is required
- Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 years of application development, programming, or configuration experience is required
- 7+ years of experience in database technologies, such as SQL, is required
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in business/systems analysis for software systems including requirements gathering and development of formal business, process, and system requirements is required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Experience in MS SharePoint, Office365, and Teams is preferred
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in quality assurance of software systems including development and execution of detailed test cases and proper process controls required to ensure quality of configuration of the core software systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience in healthcare industry is preferred
- Business analysis, Six Sigma or other process improvement experience is preferred
- Extensive domain systems and business knowledge preferred
