Description:
- Trains a team of Business Analysts and analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, track KPIs
- Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications
- Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions
- Participates in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design
- Creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Creates, extracts, and modifies ad-hoc and standardized reports based on financial and operational data as needed
- Possesses a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data in order to generate meaningful information for management
- Analyzes and suggests areas for cost control and reduction and develops business process flows
- Works independently and collaborates with junior and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of scripting and database languages such as Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL etc.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
- Experience supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain
- Knowledge of Defects tracking and release management
