Job Title: Software Technical Writer – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $50/HR on W2
Setting: Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Technical Writing and Content Development within an Application Development project
- Author, edit, deliver, and maintain job-specific training content, technical training manuals and QRGs, recorded process walkthroughs and training videos.
- Manage knowledge library, employee learning tracking and reporting, and auditor self-service portal.
- Extensive experience with MS Office and PowerPoint
- Captivate tool as an adobe product is good to have.
- Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator.
