Job Description/Responsibilities:
Service Analyst establishes technical knowledge around our Returned Mail and Mailroom processes and work items.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Transact routine non-financial activity on client accounts with both expediency and accuracy. Ability to explain basic information in functional area.
- Ability to multitask and leverage organizational skills.
- Assist team members daily to complete work in order to meet departmental and regulatory standards.
- Effective decision making based on comprehensive case analysis. Demonstrate valuable interpersonal skills
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Accountable, ethical, good decision-making ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask and be flexible switching back and forth between job functions, as needed.
- Training & Development: Service Analyst undergoes a comprehensive paid on-site training program to learn about the Returned Mail and Address Change processing, as well as Mailroom processing.
- Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
Education:
Associates, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience.
