Description:
- IT leadership with a good knowledge of a broad range of technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure, and/or network and/or application engineering
- Good knowledge and experience in IT Operations
- Experience in working with AWS infrastructure and managed services
- Experience with Azure infrastructure is a must-have
- Experience with IT system monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Solar Winds, etc.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident, change, problem, and root cause for service management
- Experience in server, and/or network, and/or application configuration, maintenance and performance analysis
- Experience automating routine tasks
- Strong analysis skills with focus on problem recognition and correlation
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand the complexities of technology events and how IT events impact business services
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience
- IT Operations
- Azure infrastructure experience
- AWS infrastructure experience
- Experience with IT system monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Solar Winds, etc.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
