Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Enterprise level technology and/or policy implementation experience
  • Information Management/ Records Management knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of records archive tools and repositories
  • Technical knowledge of how to manage records and information in applications
  • Experience working productively in an environment where work processes frequently change
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting) skills
  • Microsoft Visio and Project experience
  • Experience developing and implementing procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid to senior level managers
  • Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments, and prioritize one’s own work
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of

    organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Develop and maintain eRecords controls, procedures, reporting and execution.
  • Perform monitoring and self-assurance activities to ensure compliance to policies.
  • Perform enterprise eRecords training and provide subject matter expertise guidance.
  • Provide status report updates and tracking of critical eRecords issue and corrective actions
