Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for a QA Consultant for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI /REMOTE!
Role Title: QA Consultant
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)
Duration: 12+ months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Test Data Management implementation and rollout experience
- Database administration experience working with various database management systems
- Experience with data assessment, analysis, masking, unmasking, Sub-Setting, mining and mocking
Required Skills/Experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in Test data management
- Build, Maintain, version control test data management tools and framework
- Experience with data assessment, analysis, masking, unmasking, Sub-Setting, mining and mocking
- Work with SMEs across the enterprise to document current Test Data Management practices and come up with automation opportunities
- Experience in handling Operating systems, networks, information security, storage systems and tape library as defined by departmental requirements
- Experience with Dev Ops and tools integration.
- Experience introducing and facilitating organization change through proven change management techniques
- Effective communication with executives and peers
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with quality assurance
- Work experience with offshore/onshore model is a big plus
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
