Job Title: Project Manager (204440)
Location: San Ramon, CA (or able to work PST hours)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay: $74/hr, W2

Job Role/ Responsibilities:
- Lead assessment of digital solutions (Smart by GEP, SAP S/4 HANA, Maritime Solutions) against Shipping and the company’s business requirements. Work with stakeholders in Shipping, Digital Platforms, and Digital Core to identify and document business requirements (this is mostly done but they need to be re-confirmed from a few years ago). Identify potential maritime vendors, schedule demos, coordinate RFP process with PSCM. Develop recommendation for path forward for Shipping P2P and CMMS/Asset Management (e.g. preferred digital solutions, timeline/roadmap for deployment), considering both Shipping and the company’s requirements and gain alignment from Shipping, PSCM and Surface Digital Platforms, and Digital Core.
Qualifications:
Senior project management experience, with ability to expertly lead project framing, requirements gathering, RFP process, alternative analysis and solution development phases
Demonstrated experience in senior-level stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams
Proactively identifies risks and dependencies, and coordinates appropriate mitigation or resolution
Rapidly learning new business and technology areas is critical (assuming minimal maritime, P2P, CMMS experience)
