Job Title: Project Manager (Loan Accounting) – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $55-60/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option)
Duration: 12+ months.

Responsibilities:
- This position will require someone who can handle a difficult environment while focusing on facts (vrs emotion). We are seeking a project manager with 4-7 years’ experience that is a go-getter.
- The Loan Accounting Transformation will simplify the lending ecosystem by consolidating platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Loan Accounting, Payments, or Lending experience
- Conversion, Data Models, or Technical Architecture
- Agile experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting.
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications.
- Experience communicating with business partners and project managers.
- Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders.
