Job Title: Program Manager RCSA – Hiring FAST!

Setting: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $80-95/HR on W2
Duration: 9+ months
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent
- 2.5 years hands on experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) knowledge and experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of risk management experience
- 5+ years of financial services industry experience
- 5+ years of technology infrastructure and development experience
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify risks, controls, tasks, record actions, and achieve results
- Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
- Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project, and process gaps, recommend controls, and communicate progress to business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Support successful RCSA execution through effective communication, coordination, and facilitation of key RCSA routines
- Engage with all levels across the business group, Control, Corporate Risk, Audit, and legal; lead and facilitate the effective identification and assessment of risk and controls within the Risk and Control Self-Assessment; provide direction and expertise to leaders on complex and emerging risk requiring in depth evaluation and understanding of operational risk, compliance, credit risk, and business process management.
- Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
- Work independently to make recommendations to support business outcomes
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate & consult with team leaders in developing schedules & policies
