Job Title:Product Manager – Payments
Duration: 18 Month contract; chance to extend/convert to full time.
Location: Pitttsburgh, PA(preferred); Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; St. Louis, MO; Des Moines, IA (HYBRID)
Pay Rate: $48-52/HR
Industry: Financial Industry
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years business project management experience specifically focused on projects involving payments
- Hands on project manager with the ability to independently manage/lead product-related project deliverables and meet delivery deadlines
- Proactive, independent self-starter, who can work in collaboration with the product and cross functional teams and partners
- Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence application for Agile development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
- Proficiency with MS Office software products including MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
- Experience navigating heavily matrixed organizations, including multiple business lines
- Interact with product leads and key global business partners to execute strategic plans and objectives
- Prepare, execute, and maintain product project plan, coordinating with other stakeholders and partners as needed to align key project tasks dependencies
- Track and report status of project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
- Schedule and lead project meetings as needed, publishing agendas, notes and minutes.
