Job Description / Duties:
- Conceptualizes, designs and builds impactful solutions of innovative complex and integrated visual/technical solutions to convey Executive messages to varying audiences.
- Provides thought leadership in the assessment of messaging for engagement, usability, visual design, content, and branding.
- Translates raw content and data into visually compelling presentations that simplify and enhance the speaker’s main points.
- Drives design innovation by recommending new technologies, techniques and creative approaches.
- Maintains cultural awareness of the design landscape with respect to current and future trends.
- Provides quality assurance of all deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Visual design skills (conceptualizing and creation of graphic/digital assets from scratch that are within corporate brand guidelines and have a “wow” factor)
- Internal communication skills (marketing and brand skills can’t hurt, but what we’re really looking for is someone who understands messaging to employees and internal audiences)
- Attention to detail and time management (Ability to take input and then work independently to create solutions, while managing multiple deadlines at once)
- Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop): 8+ years
- PowerPoint: 8+ years
- HTML/Sharepoint: 2+ years
