Policy/Procedure Writer – Consumer Lending
Chandler, AZ – 3 days onsite hybrid schedule
12+ month contract to hire
Pay Rate: 60/HR on W2
We are not looking for underwriters or any commercial risk or fraud experience – those backgrounds are not a fit
- Lead or participate in developing documentation, procedures, policy and guidelines for consumer lending business.
- Assist in the planning and execution of consumer lending business programs and initiatives that may include operational risk mitigation, process efficiency, procedures, and reporting.
- Review, edit and consolidate material authored by others into cohesive documents, including quality control of the work performed by team.
- Document specific business procedures, identify process gaps and best practices, and offer alternatives for the assigned projects.
- Research moderately complex consumer lending business operations that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of consumer lending
