Job Specifics: candidate will need to come in 2 nights every 3 weeks – expenses paid.
Job Description / Qualifications: Will lead Contingent PMO resources, 30+ with direction of current lead:
- Portfolio Management
- Demand Management
- Budget Management
Oversite of resources for the contingent portion of the PMO (about 25 PMs and BSAs)- project assignment. Reporting metrics – project status updates for directors/CIO and Drive Agile Transformation, note they are about 30-40% through Agile transformation still running Waterfall projects also.
- Must have driven at least two complete transformation programs with the overall PMO organization.
- Must have done 2-3 years long large transformations end-to-end as an Agile Transformation Leader not as a Coach
- No typical contractor with short term coaching engagement will be considered
- Looking for a versatile, seasoned professional to support the organization’s transition to Agile.
