Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of desktop operating and networking systems.
- Other competencies as required by specific assignments may include knowledge of audio-visual systems, ruggedized laptops, virus kiosks and other equipment.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
- Manages time effectively while assuring attention to details.
- Finishes tasks accurately, completely and in a timely manner.

- Makes sound decisions with general guidance.
- Other competencies as required by specific assignments may include knowledge of audio-visual systems, ruggedized laptops, virus kiosks and other equipment.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 is required. Understanding of DNS and active directory (what it does and how it works).
- Must be familiar with maintaining laptop and PC hardware in addition to laser printer technology.
- Experience with SCCM, Citrix, Virtual Desktop, and other Operating Systems is preferred.
- Mobile Data experience…troubleshooting vehicle batteries, fuses, and power supplies with a voltmeter.
- Need to have an understating of IEMI, APN, and Secure Tunnel and familiar with how a SIM works.
- Must be able to troubleshoot GPS, Network Connectivity, and Power issues.
- Have knowledge of wiring a 4G LTE High Gain Antenna/GPS and 4G LTE Amp
- Educated with Windows 10 support skills
- Experience providing level II support in an enterprise/corporate environment (no less than 3 years)
- Prior customer service experience including face to face and via phone.
- Must have a good understanding of technical issues and be able to relay the issue to the user in a non-technical dialogue.
- Prior experience encrypting hard disk drive (Not mandatory, nice to have, please include # of years’ experience)
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in a computer science-related field and 2 years desktop operating and networking systems OR
- 4 years recent experience in desktop operating and networking systems
