Job Description: Services & Solutions is an internal global shared services organization, responsible for delivering centralized and standardized people services from a number of geographical delivery centers as appropriate for the company’s footprint. Services & Solutions are the first point of contact for people related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best employee experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Process pay inputs accurately and timely, make adjustments and corrections accordingly so our records are correct and up to date.
- Prepare and monitors payroll data ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per state and federal requirements and regulations.
- Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for employee personal and job-related data service requests.
- Perform the review and approve steps in Workday for pay input processes to ensure these are in line with policy and established thresholds.
- Support the Payroll related integrations by working business errors and identifying integration issues in the system.
- Able to answer payroll and tax related employee inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesfporce (6 months)
- Data entry
- Payroll and Tax (is a plus, not accountant)
- Mail Sorting
