Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid remote/onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Overview
The IT Corporate Services department within IT is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Systems Analyst to join team. Work closely with clients, business analysts and team members on small to large, complex projects to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards.
Support
Provide support in the full systems life cycle for multiple applications to ensure application software is delivered on time and within budget.
Analysis
Troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develops solutions. Evaluate existing applications and platforms and provides recommendations for improving application performance by conducting gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and assisting in the scope of modifications. Identify better sources of data feeds and interfaces with architects to ensure their feasibility with corporate data warehouse, when needed.
Assist
Assist in the deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment. Assist in production support. Assist in the development of user guides and training documentation for systems.
Create
Create data extracts and reports from system based on requirements. Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements, as needed.
Technical
Provide technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members. Previous technical experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM using BI Publisher or HCM Extract.
Solutions
Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework.
Document
Document functions and changes to new or modified modules and test activities/results.
Experience
Three (3) years of advanced Systems Analyst and application design required. Experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of database development, testing, and integration methodologies required. Previous experience supporting a Human Capital Management System. Previous experience in Agile Framework.
Organization
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
