Can you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?
- Using suite of member management and fraud prevention and detection tools, Analysts are expected to research and perform root cause analysis on member profiles that have experienced fraud, account take over events or member experience feedback.
- Actions that may be required as a part of this process include listening to calls, reviewing session logs and researching member transactions and history. F
- Findings from research and root cause analysis must be summarized and communicated with business stakeholders using various communication platforms.
What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?
- Complete root cause analysis and summarize findings on complex member feedback and fraud events
- Maintain and improve upon documented procedures through responding to and implementing user feedback
- Investigate fraud incidents to isolate trends and identify vulnerabilities
- Complete maintenance needs to facilitate the ability for members to authenticate and access self service solutions
- Manage assigned tasks within service level objectives.
