Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for multiple openings with one of our Fortune 500 Banking industry clientsfully REMOTE!

Location: Remote nationwide

Duration: Contract-to-Hire after 90 days

* Various shifts available between the hours of 8:00 am EST – 8:00 pm EST     

Call Center Representatives:

  • Large +250 Inbound Contact Center.
  • This position is supporting current and prospective Mortgage customers.
    • Generally, most contacts will be around MyLoans functionality, loan inquiries, general account questions, loan transfers, and fee reversals, etc.
  • A fast-paced environment with a steady stream of customer contacts.
    • On average, new users will take between 80 -100 calls daily.
  • 37.5 Hours a week, with 8.5-hour shifts and a 30 minute – 1-hour lunch depending on volume.
    • Alternating Saturday’s
  • Technology – Focused
    • Cover SalesForce, User-Guides, Co-Browse, Multiple programs for a single contact.
