Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant for a contract opening with one of our largest clients working in Detroit, MI
This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.
Marketing Analytics Consultant
SUMMARY:
Member Engagement analytics team seeks analytics consultant to support member-facing engagement campaigns such as email, print, SMS, and social media campaigns. The consultant will be responsible for developing and rolling out an approach that evaluates performance within each campaign as well as cross campaign. The Analytics Consultant will work closely with Marketing Strategists and Data Leads to design and prepare comprehensive reporting packages along advisory on key outcomes and future recommendations. The consultant will be responsible for generating key insights and presenting these recommendations to leadership team
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Monitor the health of the Member Engagement Program in-market initiatives
- Develop ongoing reporting and data-driven insights on performance with focus on future state engagement strategy
- Develop and executive out on governance of in-market initiatives as it relates to metrics and performance
- Synthesize information and make recommendations on optimization
- Socialize information with stakeholders and leadership
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Analytics and consulting
- Marketing Analytics
- Data manipulation and report generation from raw data, using querying language such as SQL
- Project management
- Communication with cross functional teams
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Querying language such as SQL, R, Python
- Executive presentation skills
- Time management and organization
EDUCATION:
- 5-7 years of marketing, analytics or consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics-driven field; business, statistics, marketing, etc. Masters degree preferred
- Strong analytical background
Preferred SKILLS:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Tableau
