Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Mail Marketing Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Job Title: Mail Marketing Specialist
Locations: 100% REMOTE (Must work EST)
Role Type: W2
Contract Length: 7 months with potential for extension/conversion

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business, creative, agency, and operations teams to execute upon and deliver direct mail campaigns into market
- Translate and communicate Business and marketing goals into effective creative briefs
- Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule
- Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include positioning recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines
- Navigate/negotiate through a complex organization
- Be detail-oriented in working through a fast-paced environment with manual-driven processes
Required Qualifications/Experiences:
- At least 3 years marketing experience; ***MUST have direct mail experience***
- Multi-channel experience preferred
- Firm grasp of marketing KPI’s and levers for improvement
- Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking
- Able to connect martech capabilities to marketing possibilities across targeting, creative, and experience
