Job Title: Lead QA Analyst – Hiring FAST!
Location: Addison, TX
Pay Rate: $58/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required
Duration: 12+ months.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience
- Experience with one or more Testing Frameworks including those for Mainframe, Distributed and Cloud applications.
- 2+ year of financial industry experience
- 4+ years of Quality Leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and increase efficiencies.
- Drive Engineering Quality Modernization for the Product Group
- Provide automated test scripts code reviews.
- Be involved in Architecture /design to build testable software.
- Work with technology, DevSecOps, and product stakeholders to implement key initiatives.
- Validate the execution of regression test plans prior to production release.
- As an individual contributor, matrix manage and develop Quality Assurance standards, frameworks, processes and validations to ensure zero defect implementations.
