Job Title: Lead QA – Hiring FAST!
Location: Addison, TX
Pay Rate: $70-78/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required
Duration: 12+ months.

Required Qualifications:
- Lead testing coordinator to manage the work and process needed to build an efficient straight through process.
- Automated Testing
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
- Monitor methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting.
- Validate the execution of regression test plans prior to production release.
- Streamline testing process that includes Lower environment and Data readiness.
- Work with technology, Dev SecOps, and product stakeholders to implement key initiatives.
- Drive Engineering Quality Modernization for the Product Group.
- Direct highly complex Quality Assurance programs within the product.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and increase efficiencies.
- As an individual contributor, matrix manages and develops Quality Assurance standards, frameworks, processes, and validations to ensure zero defect implementation.
- Be involved in Architecture /design to build testable software.
