Job Title: Lead Agile Coach – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $69/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required
Duration: 6+ months.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, lead, and guide Agile teams which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices, and standards to deliver working software.
- Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles.
- Migrate a business/data organization to Agile methodologies (level 1/level 2)
- Understand the current org/team structure and provide leadership options of how to structure the org (business/tech resources) to Kanban/scrum/etc.
- Build metrics on velocity, team performance, churn on delivery.
- Identify gaps/bottlenecks in our process and find improvements.
- Change the mindset of current process/workflows.
