Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Documentation Analyst- Interest Rate Products (IRP), W2 contract opportunity with one of its largest Investment clients!!
Job Title: Documentation Analyst
Schedule: Onsite
Location(s): Salt Lake City, UT
Contract Length: 12 months
Role Type: W2 only, no C2C, no 1099
Job Summary:
The role is in the Interest Rate Derivative Operations team, focusing on the confirmations and documentation areas. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate confirmation of trade economics with clients and internal stakeholders. The team members will play the key part in managing operational risk and supporting internal requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients to obtain confirmations
- Review internal reports and monitor outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with trading, sales, and other internal stakeholders to resolve breaks and discrepancies
- Escalate aging or high-risk exceptions
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player and ability to work as a team
- Familiarity with OTC derivatives and confirmation process is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
