Job Summary:
We are looking for an experience AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure on Amazon Web services (AWS). You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the cloud infrastructure meets business, security, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy applications utilizing the AWS stack (including EC2, Route53, S3, Lambda, etc.) to build scalable, secure, and robust cloud solutions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Jenkins sand Ansible.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, and automate processes
- Implement cost-control strategies and ensure optimal usage across all of our AWS environments.
- Provide cloud support and make recommendations based on client needs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
Must-Haves:
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and Splunk
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Jenkins, Python, Bash)
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking concepts and design principles
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments
Nice To Have
- AWS certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques
- Knowledge of FinOps principles
