Position Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with prior call center experience and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, technically savvy, and comfortable working in a structured support environment that requires strict schedule adherence to ensure optimal phone coverage. This role involves providing Level 1 or 2 support via phone and email to end-users, with a focus on resolution over call volume.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer-centric support via phone, email, and ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at a Level 1 or Level 2 capacity

  • Maintain strict adherence to call center schedules to ensure proper phone coverage

  • Deliver timely and effective solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution

  • Document support interactions and technical solutions accurately

  • Collaborate with peers and escalate issues when necessary

  • Provide support across a range of platforms and environments


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience is preferred

  • Prior experience in a technical support role (Level 1 or Level 2)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC skills

  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, support-driven environment

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction
