Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Analyst with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong ability to collaborate across teams while managing complex tasks with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across teams and functional areas to support operational initiatives and process improvements.

Produce and review customized client materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and other tools, ensuring timely and precise delivery.

Support project execution and contribute to ongoing enhancements of operational workflows.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and resolution support.

Demonstrate initiative and accountability by taking ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of professional experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle complex deliverables accurately.

Advanced or highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; adaptable to other software and tools.

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Operations and/or the Financial Services industry.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.

Familiarity with risk management concepts and processes.

Proven ability to partner across various product groups, regions, and business functions.
