Job Description:
- Design and develop a project and portfolio management toolkit for the Merchant Services organization
- Define project grouping (by business unit) including shared projects and the ability to re-assign projects from one group to another
- Define and develop a project workspace to manage collaboration, documents, issues, risks, etc
- Define and develop project templates and automation for setup of new projects
- Develop a suite of multi-dimensional portfolio reports
- Develop and store monthly snapshots
- Source and transform data from other sharepoint sites
- Define a security/access model and develop the appropriate groups
- Document a support/change guide and conduct training session
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency developing SharePoint solutions leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong collaboration skills
