Job Description:
- Lead 1-2 engineering teams to drive run the engine, well managed, and platform hardening intent
- Demonstrate knowledge for improving and challenging scalable and resilient implementations
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features builds grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Build and maintain partnerships with with leaders and platform stakeholders to influence platform-wide improvements
- Define, socialize and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
- Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
